Promotion – Specific Rules

Promotion Period
This promotion (the “Promotion”) opens at 9am on Tuesday June 16th 2020 and entries must have been received by 6pm by 30th June 2020. 
The prize date is August 8th 2020.

To be eligible for the Prize, entrants must complete and deliver the entry form during the Promotion Period.
A maximum of one entry per person over the Promotion Period. Entries sent in through agents, third parties, websites or multiple accounts will be disqualified.
You acknowledge that the Promoter will collect details of your name and email to the extent necessary to conduct this competition and used for marketing purposes. 

THE PRIZE 
There is multiple prizes consisting of:

Glasshouse Morningside: 
Venue Hire from 4pm - Midnight + a $2000 beverage package. Additional beverage can be added on. 

Arkade Hire: 
The Complete package, Ceremony, Dining, Bar and Lounging Furniture.

Bayly & Moore:
All day photo coverage with two photographers.

Zoe & Morgan: 
Wedding band or earrings.

Brooke Tyson Ritual: 
Custom Made Wedding gown to the value of $2500 and gown styles dependent of fabric availability.

Jess’ Underground Kitchen: 
Catering for up to 50 guests. Additional guests can be added on for a per person price. 

La Lumiere: 
Glasshouse Venue Lighting Package.

Barkers: 
Suit, shirt, tie/pocket square and footwear.

Patty Lagera: 
Highlight Film.

Floral Stylist: 
Wedding flowers to the value of $3000.

Kin + Stellar: 
Hair & Make up for the Bride.

Matt Stone: 
Acoustic music for ceremony.

Yogamani: 
Celebrant for ceremony.

Only One: 
Wedding coordination and planning.

Together Journal: 
Black wedding planner and collector Magazine set.

Bluebells Cakery: 
Wedding Cake.

Chaos & Harmony: 
Brides shoes.

Papier HQ:
Wedding menus or name cards and sign

Prize Conditions
If applicable, travel to and from Auckland is at the expense of the winner.

The prize excludes any arrangements or costs for civil, religious or other ceremonies themselves and these should be arranged and paid for directly by the Winner.

This prize is not transferable from the original winner.

The date of the prize is non transferable.

This prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

The winner and their partner are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) any additional food and beverage costs not specified in the prize package, insurance, travel costs and all other incidentals.

Additional guests are welcome, and catering will be charged at a per head cost. (Venue can allow up to 150 pax.)

Photography, styling and entertainment packages can be extended and charged accordingly

Any other service or request not listed can also be organised and must be paid for by the winner.

Personal Information
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose.  

Any copyright associated with an entry will be owned by the promoters of the giveaway.

All personal information provided by entrants will be held by vendor participants and will not be provided to third parties unless otherwise specifically set out. Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information.

Winner selection
All eligible entries will go into the prize draw to be held on Just 1st 2020 by 6pm and the winner will be notified by phone or email. 

Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years and over, be living in New Zealand and have a partner at time of entry. 

The Promoter its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.

Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this competition or with any prizes offered.

This competition is subject to the laws of New Zealand. Both the Promoter and you, and any party which uses or takes the benefit of any prize awarded, accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

If the winner(s) can’t be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the promoters’ reasonable control, then the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Prizes are personal to the winners and cannot be transferred to someone else. If the winner cannot accept the prize for any reason (e.g. the winner can’t travel on the required dates), the prize will be allocated to another winner. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or another item.

Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by a third party (for example, vouchers may have additional terms and conditions and/or an expiry date or in the case of travel, additional terms and conditions may be imposed by airlines, service providers and venues).

The promoter decision is final in relation to the selection of prize winner(s), any dispute regarding the Rules, and/or the conduct or the results of a Promotion.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or vary the Rules at any time without prior notice.

The promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if in its sole discretion that the entrant has not complied with these Rules, or if he or she has acted in a way which the promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or otherwise not in the spirit of the promotion.

Where a winner is selected by a voting mechanism: The promoters decision on voting arrangements and validity of votes will be final. The promoter reserves the right to discount votes if they suspect bulk voting is taking, or has taken place, to inappropriately influence or manipulate the voting procedures. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone who is suspected of engaging in, or benefiting from, irregular or fraudulent voting.

The Promotion is governed by New Zealand law.
